Customer may sign agreements with more than one host, but all subscriptions combined cannot exceed customer's total load.

For small customer-generators (total peak generating capacity of not more than 100 kW): Payments equal to all charges that are based on kWh usage. For large customer-generators (total peak generating capacity greater than 100 kW up to and including 1 MW): Payments equal to utility's default service rate.

All rate classes IOUs and certain other utilities subject to regulatory agency jurisdiction
